I developed a Twitter bot in collaboration with another intern using Node.js, Express, and Expedia's Mobile API. The bot enables Twitter users to easily access Expedia's holiday deals by tweeting in a concise, pre-defined format. Upon parsing the tweet, the bot searches Expedia's database for the most affordable and relevant deals based on the user's specified keywords. It then responds with key information including the date, price, destination, and a direct URL link to access the selected deal.
